Each week we'll be introducing you to another shop in the neighborhood. First up is Substance. Located at 783 N. High St. Substance offers primarily women's clothing/accessories/shoes but has some great items for men as well. They also teach design labs where the talented designers that work there help you create pieces that show off your style.
